Our Story
Born of the Texas Hunt.
Founded in 2024 in Plano, Texas, The Spurred Bird Co. was built on a deep respect for wild birds and the hunters who pursue them. We don't simply mount birds — we preserve memories, honor the chase, and craft heirlooms meant to last generations.
Every mount is sculpted by hand with obsessive attention to anatomy, posture, and finish. From the curl of a primary feather to the gloss of a wattle, the details are where the craft lives — and where our award-winning work was recognized in the Professional Division at the Texas Taxidermy Association Convention.
